This policy describes the static Coming Soon website. It does not cover the future BLACK browser, VPN, Tor features, accounts, payments or subscriptions. We will provide separate information before those services become available.

Website visits and technical data

A secure hosting infrastructure provider helps deliver this website. When you visit, technical connection and request information is processed to send pages to you, troubleshoot errors and protect the service. This may include information that identifies your device or network, the page requested, the time of access and error details. Security-related records may contain more detail than routine website records.

We intend to minimize routine website logging and restrict access to security-related records. Our target is to keep routine website logs for seven days, but the live retention and deletion settings have not yet been verified. Records needed to investigate a security incident may be kept longer for a documented purpose, with restricted access and periodic review.

The static website code contains no analytics or marketing trackers and does not set cookies or browser storage. The live hosting setup has not yet been checked for cookies or other storage, so we do not claim that none can occur.

Emails and privacy requests

If you email support@getblack.app, we process your address, message, attachments and related email information to respond to your enquiry or privacy request. A business email service provider processes these messages for us. Our policy is to limit mailbox access to authorised NovaBridgeVPN Ltd personnel. Please do not send passwords, payment details or browsing history.

We aim to keep general enquiries for 90 days and privacy-request correspondence for up to 12 months after the request is closed, unless legal, security or preservation needs require longer. These are intended retention periods. We have not yet verified an automatic deletion rule, a manual deletion process, or how deleted items, holds and backups affect final removal.

Service providers and locations

We use a secure hosting infrastructure provider, a business email service provider and services that connect visitors to our website address. These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the website and handle messages. We are confirming their processing locations and whether information is accessed or transferred outside the United Kingdom. We do not claim that international transfers are absent.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable form. Email support@getblack.app with a privacy request or concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
